Accessibility statement

Our commitment

At Nüera we treat accessibility as part of the service rather than an addition to it. We work so that anyone, with or without a disability, can use this site comfortably, independently and on equal terms.

What has been done

The site was designed and built in line with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

  • A persistent accessibility menu on every page: three levels of text enlargement, high contrast, greyscale, link highlighting, a readable typeface and motion suppression
  • The chosen setting is remembered in the browser, so it need not be set again on each visit
  • Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link
  • A clear, visible focus indicator on every reachable element
  • A hierarchical heading structure and semantic markup for screen readers
  • Alternative text for images that carry information; purely decorative images are marked as such and hidden from screen readers
  • Full right-to-left support
  • The site honours the operating system's reduce-motion setting even without using the menu
  • Forms with associated labels and errors described in words

Known limitations

We would rather say this plainly: the site was built to the standard, but has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit by a licensed accessibility surveyor. Such an audit is planned, and until it is complete there may be issues we have not yet found.

In addition, some of the visual content on this site is atmospheric photography. It carries no essential information and is therefore not described in full.

Found a problem?

If you ran into any difficulty using this site, or there is an adjustment that would help you and is not here, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Getting in touch is not an imposition — it is how the site improves.

We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within two business days.
